Inaugural Convention
The first Beta Chi convention was held in Washington, D.C. and it was the first year that National Officer's were elected.

Continuous Growth
Since it's inaugural year, Beta Chi has continued to grow and change with the world around it. Every two years, a national convention is held, all of the monies that have been raised are presented to the current charity, and a new charity is chosen and announced.
